Sheldon Cleaners is looking for Customer Service Representatives with the following traits/skills:

• Excellent customer service including greeting and assisting customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and being positive and energetic.
• Building relationships and customer connections through positive, memorable customer service interactions and service delivery.
• Utilize inventory management software, process payments, and conduct customer research.
• Detail garments, interpret care labels, assign pricing, and sort items.
• Assist customers in our drop-store, full-service laundry, and with machines or questions.
• Demonstrate dependability with attendance, key responsibilities, and core behaviors.
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
